📄 General Rental Conditions

By booking a stay in our cottages, you agree to the following conditions. These are intended to ensure the smooth running of your stay and respect for everyone.


1. Booking and payment

  • Reservations can be made online via our website or by telephone.
  • A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required to confirm the reservation.
  • The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the arrival date.
  • In case of late booking (less than 30 days before arrival), full payment is required at the time of booking.


2. Cancellation

  • Any cancellation must be notified in writing (email or letter).
  • More than 60 days before arrival: refund of the deposit, less €50 administrative fee.
  • Between 60 and 30 days before arrival: the deposit is retained.
  • Less than 30 days before arrival: no refund will be issued.
  • In case of no-show, the full cost of the stay is due.


3. Security deposit and additional fees

  • A deposit of €200 is required upon arrival (cash or check), refunded within 7 days of departure after inventory check.
  • From October to April:
  • A mandatory security deposit of €200 in cash (fixed fee) is required.
  • Electricity is billed at the actual rate: €0.25 per kWh, payable on site.


4. Arrival and departure

  • Arrival: from 4:00 PM
  • Departure: before 10:00 AM
  • Any unauthorized departure delay may result in additional charges.


5. Use of the gîte

  • The tenant agrees to respect the accommodation and to use it responsibly.
  • The rules of the internal regulations must be respected.
  • Parties, receptions and events are prohibited without the owner's written consent.


6. Accommodation capacity

  • The number of people occupying the cottage cannot exceed the maximum capacity specified in the reservation.
  • Any additional person must be declared and validated by the owner.


7. Pets

  • Animals are not allowed, except with the prior written consent of the owner.


8. Cleaning and inventory of fixtures

  • The cottage must be returned in a reasonably clean condition.
  • End-of-stay cleaning is included, but:
  • The dishes must be washed and put away.
  • the bins emptied,
  • the furniture put back in its place.
  • An additional cleaning service can be requested when booking (at an extra cost).


9. Responsibility

  • The owners decline all responsibility for accidents, injuries or illnesses occurring during the stay.
  • They are not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of personal property.
  • Children remain under the responsibility of their parents or guardians.


10. Disputes

  • In case of disagreement, the parties will strive to find an amicable solution.
  • Failing that, any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Brittany.
