Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. The following conditions apply to all bookings made in our cottages (Les Glycines and Les Hortensia):


1. Notification

  • All cancellation requests must be made in writing (email or letter).
  • The date of receipt of the request shall be considered valid.


2. Refund deadlines and conditions

  • More than 60 days before arrival: full refund of the deposit, less €50 administrative fee.
  • Between 60 and 30 days before arrival: the deposit is retained.
  • Less than 30 days before arrival: the entire stay remains due, no refund possible.
  • No-show: no refund will be issued.


3. Travel insurance

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance to be covered in case of illness, accident or any other unforeseen event.


4. Cancellation by the owner

In the event of exceptional circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, serious technical problem, unforeseen unavailability), we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. In this case, any sums already paid will be fully refunded, without further compensation.


5. Change of stay

Any request to change the dates of your stay will be considered based on availability, without guarantee of acceptance. Administrative fees may apply.
